18. You are aware that this site is not responsible for the online conversations expressed by the users of this site and does not necessarily agree with any content posted on this site.

I further understand that should I decide to discontinue my membership with www.AfricaDarlings.com for any reason at all, I only have the option to TURN OFF my profile or request to be turned off.  However, www.AfricaDarlings.com is under no obligation to completely delete my record from their database for whatever legal purpose it may serve the company best.

I attest to the best of my ability that the above conditions are clear to me and I waive my right of recourse against www.AfricaDarlings.com for any damage, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential that I may suffer as a result of the use of the materials I voluntary submitted.

VIII. General Provisions
